in Business Administration with a major in accounting and finance. He
is the past CEO of Terreno and has been a director since June of 2018.
He is also the past CEO of Maverix Metals Inc.(formerly MacMillan
Minerals Inc.), of Peruvian Metals Corp. (formerly Duran Ventures
Inc.) and of Cache Exploration Inc. Mr. Brown has over 40 years of
experience in management and financial reporting for junior
exploration companies.
Mr. Brown was CEO of MacMillan Minerals Inc. when it completed a deal
with Pan American Silver which resulted in all of the gold royalties
of Pan American being sold to MacMillan to create the royalty company
Maverix Metals Inc. Mr. Brown was also CEO of MacMillan Gold Corp. and
of Duran Ventures Inc. when they completed a merger to consolidate
100% of the Aguila Copper Moly deposit in Peru into Duran Ventures and
to spin out MacMillan Minerals Inc. with all of the Mexican
exploration assets. Mr. Brown was Treasurer of Corner Bay Silver when
they discovered the Alamo Dorado Silver deposit in Mexico and then
amalgamated with Pan American Silver for a deal valuation of
US$680,000,000.

Mr. Joseph Del Campo, holds Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations. Joseph has held senior management and Board positions with a number of mining companies and is currently on the Board of Directors of Unigold Inc., Centurion Minerals Ltd., Terreno Resources Corp, and PJX Resources Inc.. Mr. Del Campo also Chairs the Audit Committee for these companies.
Joseph began his career with Falconbridge Limited in 1974 and spent over 19 years working within the Falconbridge group of companies at various progressive financial positions, including being Controller and Treasurer of Falconbridge Dominicana, C. por A., a ferronickel operation in the Dominican Republic; United Keno Hill Mines Limited, a silver producer in the Yukon Territories; and Falconbridge Gold Corporation, a gold mining company with mines in Zimbabwe and northern Ontario.
From 1993 to late 1995 Joseph was Secretary Treasurer of Cliff Resources Corporation, a diamond exploration and mine rehabilitation company, with operations in Australia and United States.
In late 1995, Joseph joined Minorca Resources Inc., a gold mining company with operations in Canada, United States, South America and Africa as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. In February 1998, Mr. Del Campo was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company and was instrumental in a merger transaction with another gold mining company whereby Minorca shareholders received a 61% premium to market.
In 2002, Joseph joined Unigold Inc., a gold exploration company with concessions in the Dominican Republic as Vice President, Finance and CFO, and from early 2015 to late 2018 he was the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer.

Since 2022, Mr. Dominguez has been the Bolivian in-country representative of Metal 46 S.R.L., responsible for negotiating the buying and selling of minerals and mineral properties. He will be assuming that role for Terreno Resources Corp. He holds a Commercial Engineering Degree and a Masters in Commerce and International Relations.
From 2006 to 2022, Mr. Dominguez was the Regional Manager, Santa Cruz, Bolivia, for Alex Stewart International, responsible for direct contact with mineral producers in the Santa Cruz area and the co-ordinating of sample preparation and analysis of minerals and metals in England, Peru, Chile and Argentina.
From 2003 to 2005, he was a consultant and co-ordinator of small businesses and industry in the Santa Cruz area.

Dr. Cox started his career in the mining industry 30 years ago as a learner surveyor. After studying mining engineering as a JCI bursar, he worked for that company in various positions at gold and platinum mines, ending as a senior section manager. In 1987, he joined a privately owned mining and exploration company, Severin Southern Sphere Mining, as consulting engineer and general manager. Since mid-1991 he has been the managing director of Goldline Global Consulting (Pty) Ltd, an engineering consulting company which serves the mining industry worldwide. He holds a Mine Surveyor's and a Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency. He has a number of achievements to his name, including being the youngest certificated surveyor in South African mining history and designing the country's narrow reef opencast mining method.
